Thank you for selecting our office to help you with your dental needs. Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining this important health service. In our continued commitment to provide the highest quality of dental care to our patients and being sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, our payment options create the maximum flexibility for our patients. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to talk with us.
As Services are Rendered We are a fee-for-service practice. We, therefore, request our patients pay for treatment in full as services are rendered. For major dental treatment, our customary guidelines are half of the total amount due at the beginning of treatment, and the balance at the time treatment is completed. You may find one of the following payment options helpful:
Cash, Check or Credit Cards We accept: Care Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards.
Interest Free Option On approved credit, interest free payment plans up to 12 months if paid within the specified time period. No prepayment penalty, fast confidential service by phone or online.
Flexible Monthly Payment Plan On approved credit, a convenient line of credit may be arranged to assist you with your dental needs. No initial payment, plans ranging from 24 to 60 months with a low fixed rate, potential tax advantages, no prepayment penalty, fast confidential service by phone or online.
Insurance Benefits As a courtesy to all our patients, we will submit your insurance claims through our office. This will relieve you of this time consuming and sometimes complicated burden. Please remember your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and we are not a party to that contract. Based on the information provided, we will estimate to the best of our ability how your insurance company may help you. We ask that you use one of the above stated payment options to pay for your portion of treatment as services are rendered. Any balance is your responsibility whether your insurance company pays or not. As always, our goal is to help you receive the highest quality of dental care and to have those services comfortably affordable.
